Welcome
We have created a service of song and scripture readings from Matthew 27. Matthew 27 records the events of that first Good Friday.
It's good for us to remember how much our Saviour who loves. He is willing to endure all of this - out of love - for us.
As we go through difficult, difficult times, it's good to know we have a Saviour who has suffered so much, as well.

To Be Continued ...
Good Friday leaves us in an uncomfortable place.
It is intended to.
If we could hear this story and not be deeply moved, there would be something wrong with us!
However, Good Friday creates time and space for us to reflect on the awesome truth of God's love and Jesus' sacrifice for us:
When I survey the wondrous cross,
On which the Prince of Glory died,
My richest gain I count but loss,
And pour contempt on all my pride ...
Were the whole realm of nature mine,
That were an offering far too small.
Love so amazing, so divine,
Demands my soul, my life, my all.
